Premium soju called Hallasan 17 Soju is produced in Hallasan, Korea, using regional ingredients. Following domestic rice fermentation and distillation, ultra-pure deodorization using premium activated carbon, and in-line blending for precise and uniform blending are used to take the harsh flavor and odor of the distilled soju undiluted solution. By adding the leaching solution of the leaf larvae developed in the pristine Jeju Halla Mountain's 800 meters high, it is a low-water soju that is mellow and easy on the throat.
